【摘要】:Thisstandardhasbeenpreparedsuchthat:-itisindependentofthetypeofweldedconstructiontobemanufactured;-itdefinesqualityrequirementsforweldingbothinproductionplantsandonsite;-itprovidesguidancefordescribingamanufacturerscapabilitytoproduceweldedconstructionstomeetspecifiedrequirements;-itcanalsobeusedasabasisforassessingthemanufacturerinrespecttohisweldingcapability.Thisstandardisappropriatewhendemonstrationofamanufacturer'sorasub-contractor'scapabilitytoproduceweldedconstructions,fulfillingspecifiedqualityrequirements,arespecifiedinoneormoreofthefollowing:-acontractbetweeninvolvedparties;-anapplicationstandard;-aregulatoryrequirement.Therequirementscontainedwithinthisstandardcanbeadoptedinfullorcanbeselectivelydeletedbythemanufacturerifnotapplicabletotheconstructionconcerned.Theyprovideaflexibleframeworkforthecontrolofweldinginthefollowingcases:-Case1Toprovidespecificrequirementsforresistanceweldingincontractswhichrequirethemanufacturerorsub-contractortohaveaqualitysysteminaccordancewithENISO9001orENISO9002.-Case2Toprovidespecificrequirementsforresistanceweldingincontractswhichrequirethemanufacturerorsub-contractortohaveaqualitysystemotherthanENISO9001orENISO9002.-Case3Toprovidespecificrequirementsforresistanceweldingasguidancetoamanufacturerorsub-contractordevelopingaqualitysystem.-Case4Toprovidespecificrequirementsforreferencesinapplicationstandardswhichusesresistanceweldingaspartofitsrequirementsorinacontractbetweenrelevantparties.ItishowevermoreappropriateforENISO14554-2tobeusedinsuchcases.ForgeneralguidelinesforselectionanduseseeEN729-1withtheexceptionofAnnexBandunderconsiderationthatforresistanceweldingonlycomprehensiveandelementaryqualityrequirementsarespecified.AnnexAinthisstandardappliesforresistancewelding.
