【摘要】:Thispracticecoversthegeneralprinciplestobefollowedwheninjectionmoldingtestspecimensofthermosettingmaterials.Itistobeusedtoobtainuniformityinmethodsofdescribingthevariousstepsoftheinjectionmoldingprocessandinthereportingofthoseconditions.Theexactmoldingconditionswillvaryfrommaterialtomaterial,andshouldbecomepartofthematerialspecificationorbeagreeduponbetweenthepurchaserandthesupplier.Note1Theutilityofthispracticehasbeendemonstratedforthemoldingofthermosettingmoldingcompoundsexhibitinglower-viscositynon-Newtonianflow.ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Thevaluesgiveninbracketsareforinformationonly.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyproblems,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.Thispracticeassumestheuseofreciprocatingscrewinjectionmoldingmachines.Note2Thisstandardissimilarincontent(butnottechnicallyequivalent)toISO10724:1994(E).
