【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandarddefines,describesandspecifiesthemaincharacteristicsofthevoltageatanetworkuser'ssupplyterminalsinpubliclowvoltage,mediumandhighvoltageACelectricitynetworksundernormaloperatingconditions.ThisstandarddescribesthelimitsorvalueswithinwhichthevoltagecharacteristicscanbeexpectedtoremainatanysupplyterminalinpublicEuropeanelectricitynetworksanddoesnotdescribetheaveragesituationusuallyexperiencedbyanindividualnetworkuser.NOTE1Forthedefinitionsoflow,mediumandhighvoltagesee3(Definitions).ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotapplyunderabnormaloperatingconditions,includingthefollowing:a)atemporarysupplyarrangementtokeepnetworkuserssuppliedduringconditionsarisingasaresultofafault,maintenanceandconstructionwork,ortominimizetheextentanddurationofalossofsupply;b)inthecaseofnon-complianceofanetworkuser'sinstallationorequipmentwiththerelevantstandardsorwiththetechnicalrequirementsforconnection,establishedeitherbythepublicauthoritiesorthenetworkoperator,includingthelimitsfortheemissionofconducteddisturbances;NOTE2Anetworkuser’sinstallationmayincludeloadandgeneration.c)inexceptionalsituations,inparticular,1)exceptionalweatherconditionsandothernaturaldisasters;2)thirdpartyinterference;3)actsbypublicauthorities;4)industrialactions(subjecttolegalrequirements);5)forcemajeure;6)powershortagesresultingfromexternalevents.Thevoltagecharacteristicsgiveninthisstandardarenotintendedtobeusedaselectromagneticcompatibility(EMC)levelsoruseremissionlimitsforconducteddisturbancesinpublicelectricitynetworks.Thevoltagecharacteristicsgiveninthisstandardarenotintendedtobeusedtospecifyrequirementsinequipmentproductstandardsandininstallationstandards.NOTE3Theperformanceofequipmentmightbeimpairedifitissubjectedtosupplyconditionswhicharenotspecifiedintheequipmentproductstandard.Thisstandardmaybesupersededintotalorinpartbythetermsofacontractbetweentheindividualnetworkuserandthenetworkoperator.NOTE4ThesharingofcomplaintmanagementandproblemmitigationcostsbetweentheinvolvedpartiesisoutsidethescopeofEN50160.MeasurementmethodstobeappliedinthisstandardaredescribedinEN61000-4-30.
