【摘要】:Extractionoforganicpollutantsfromwastescanprovideinformationonthesusceptibilityofcompoundstoleeching,waterqualitychanges,orothersiteconditions.Rapidheating,incombinationwithtemperaturesinexcessoftheatmosphericboilingpointoforganicsolvents,reducessampleextractiontimes.Smallamountsofsolvents(30mL)areusedresultinginreducedsamplepreparationcostandtime.1.1Thispracticedescribestheclosedvesselmicrowaveextractionofsoils,sediments,sludges,andwastesforsubsequentdeterminationofsolventextractablesemivolatileandnonvolatileorganiccompoundsbysuchtechniquesasgaschromatographyandgaschromatography-massspectrometry.1.1.1CompoundslistedinTables1-5canbeextractedfromtheprecedingmaterials.1.2Thistestmethodisapplicabletosamplesthatwillpassthrougha10-mesh(approximately2-mmopening)screen.1.3Thedetectionlimitandlinearconcentrationrangeforeachcompoundisdependentonthegaschromatographorgaschromatograph-massspectrometertechniqueemployedandmaybefoundinthemanualaccompanyingtheinstrumentused.1.4Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.SeeSectionforspecifichazardstatements.
