【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesamethodforthedirectdeterminationofwaterinpetroleumproductsboilingbelow390℃.Itcoversthemassfractionrange0,003%(m/m)to0,100%(m/m).Itisnotapplicabletoproductscontainingketonesortoresidualfueloils.ThisInternationalStandardmaybeapplicabletolubricatingbaseoils.However,theprecisionhasnotbeenestablishedforthesematerials.Theprecisiongiveninclause12isbasedupondataobtainedusingdual-cell,dual-electrolytesystems.NOTE1Anumberofsubstancesandclassesofcompoundsassociatedwithcondensationoroxidation-reductionreactionsinterfereinthedeterminationofwaterbyKarlFischertitration.Inpetroleumproducts,themostcommoninterferencesarehydrogensulfideandmercaptansulfur,however,massfractionsofthesebelow0,003%(m/m)assulfurwillnotcausesignificantinterferenceovertherange0,003%(m/m)to0,100%(m/m)water.Otherorganicsulfurcompoundscommonfypresentsuchassulfides,disulphidesandthiophenes,donotinterfere.NOTE2AnalternativeprocedureisprovidedforinformationinannexBforthedirectdeterminationofwaterovertherange0,003%(V/V)to0,100%(V/V)inpetroleumproducts.ThelimitationsunderwhichthisalternativevolumemeasurementmaybeusedarelistedinannexB.NOTE3ForthepurposesofthisInternationalStandard,theterms"%(m/m)"and"%(V/V)"areusedtorepresentthemassandvolumefractionofamaterialrespectively.
