【摘要】:ThisPartofEN1071describesamethodoftestingceramiccoatingsbyscratchingwithaloadeddiamondstylussoastopromoteadhesiveand/orcohesivefailureofthecoating-substratesystem.Thetestissuitableforevaluatingceramiccoatingsuptoathicknessof20μmandcanalsobesuitableforevaluatingothercoatingtypesandthicknesses.Thetestisintendedforusewithspecimensoflimitedsurfaceroughness.ThisEuropeanStandardisintendedforuseinthemacro(1N–100N)loadrange.Theprocedurescanalsobeapplicabletootherloadranges.However,appropriatecalibrationisessentialifthenormalloadsatwhichfailureeventsoccuraretobequantified.
