【摘要】:Toshowcompliancewith14CFR23.1351,youmustdeterminetheelectricalsystemcapacity.14CFR23.1351(a)(2)statesthat:4.2.1Fornormal,utility,andacrobaticcategoryairplanes,byanelectricalloadanalysisorbyelectricalmeasurementsthataccountfortheelectricalloadsappliedtotheelectricalsysteminprobablecombinationsandforprobabledurations;and4.2.2Forcommutercategoryairplanes,byanelectricalloadanalysisthataccountsfortheelectricalloadsappliedtotheelectricalsysteminprobablecombinationsandforprobabledurations.Theprimarypurposeoftheelectricalloadanalysis(ELA)istodetermineelectricalsystemcapacity(includinggeneratingsources,converters,contactors,busbars,andsoforth)neededtosupplytheworst-casecombinationsofelectricalloads.Thisisachievedbyevaluatingtheaveragedemandandmaximumdemandsunderallapplicableflightconditions.AsummarycanthenbeusedtorelatetheELAtothesystemcapacityandcanestablishtheadequacyofthepowersourcesundernormal,abnormal,andemergencyconditions.Note18212;TheELAshouldbemaintainedthroughoutthelifeoftheaircrafttorecordchangestotheelectricalsystem,whichmayaddorremoveelectricalloadstothesystem.TheELAthatisproducedforaircraft-typecertificationshouldbeusedasthebaselinedocumentforanysubsequentchanges.Whenpossible,thebasicformatoftheoriginalELAshouldbefollowedtoensureconsistencyinthemethodologyandapproach.TheoriginalELAmaybelackingincertaininformation,forinstance,timeavailableonemergencybattery.ItmaybenecessarytoupdatetheELAusingtheguidancematerialcontainedinthisguide.1.1Thisguidecovershowtoprepareanelectricalloadanalysis(ELA)tomeetFederalAviationAdministration(FAA)requirements.1.2ThevaluesgiveninSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
