【摘要】:Thisdocumentspecifiesahighperformanceliquidchromatographicmethodforthedeterminationofthebenzimidazolefungicidescarbendazimandthiabendazoleinfruits,vegetablesandprocessedproducts.Whenbenomylispresent,itiscompletelydegradedtocarbendazimandisalsodeterminedascarbendazim.Thiophanate-methylispartlydecomposedandthereforenotquantitativelydetermined.Themethodhasbeenvalidatedforcarbendazimandthiabendazoleinaninterlaboratorytestwithhomogenatesofapples,Frenchbeans,mushrooms,lemonsandfruitbasedinfantfood.
