【摘要】:Thispracticeestablishesminimumguidelinesforprehospitalautomateddefibrillation.Thispracticedoesnotprecludetheuseofautomateddefibrillatorsasprescribedbyalicensedphysician.Allpersonswhoareidentifiedasprehospitalautomateddefibrillationoperatorsshallmeettherequirementsofthispractice.Usingthispractice,emergencymedicalserviceinstitutions,organizations,andcertification/licensingagenciesshouldbeabletodevelopstandardsforthecertification/licensingandpracticeoftheprehospitalautomateddefibrillationoperator.1.1Thispracticecoversguidelinesfortheperformanceofautomateddefibrillation.1.2Thispracticeisoneinasetofperformanceguidelinesforprehospitaldefibrillation.1.3Thispracticeisspecificallynotmeanttodealwithequipmentspecifications,qualityassurance,ortraining.1.4Thispracticeislimitedtoexternaldefibrillatorsusedintheprehospitalsetting.1.5Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.

【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesthedeterminationofthebulkdensityofgranularrefractorymaterials(grainbulkdensity)havingagrainsizegreaterthan2mm,bythemercurymethodwithvacuum.NOTE1Thismethodisintendedasthereferencemethodbecauseofitsreproducibilityandsimplicityinuse.However,mercuryisknowntobeahazardoussubstance,andthereforethedeterminationofbulkdensityofgranularmaterialscanbecarriedoutaccordingtoprEN993-18.Thisstandard,whichdefinesamethodbywaterwithvacuum,isrecommendedforallroutinepurposes.Nevertheless,dependingonthenatureofthematerialtested,thetwomethodscangivedifferentresults.NOTE2Undertestconditions,applyingamercurypressureof26,5kPa,roundporeswithadiameter≥55μmandelongatedporeswithawidth≥27,5μmarepenetratedbymercury.
